In the case of damaged freight or shortages, you must note the damages or shortage on the delivery paperwork at time of delivery and also provide photographs of the damaged material. If there is no carbon copy of the delivery paperwork provided to you, take a photograph of the paperwork. You will then provide this info to Craft-Bilt in a timely manner to assist with their freight claim, knowing that without this information, Craft-Bilt will not be re-reimbursed for the damage and consequently any replacement parts provided will be at your cost. Please see our Terms Conditions for more information.
